Selling 20% shareholding (including my loan account) in Colkene 23 Investments Pty Ltd. Company owning unbonded fully furnished four bedroom (10 sleeper) house on full title stand (house # 36) in KAMONANDE Private Game Reserve, Limpopo Province. Under 200 km from Pretoria (only the last 5 km on a (very good) dirt road),10 km before Vaalwater. This triple story house has magnificent views over the Waterberg, is serviced daily and is equipped with a Land Rover game viewing vehicle, is air-conditioned and fully furnished. Includes DSTV, snooker table, table tennis table, swimming pool, bar, 4 ½ bathrooms etc etc The house is fully paid for and the books and records properly attended to, Annual Financial Statements prepared by our fellow shareholder’s company. Shareholders are: Advocate 20%. Attorney 20%. Accountant 10% Attorney 10% Liquidator 10% Attorney 10% Seller (attorney) 20% TOTAL 100% Our levy is approximately R3 000 per month. We run our attendance register on a roster, in accordance with which, our 20% shareholding translates into our having every 5th week from lunchtime on a Friday until 10 AM on the following Friday. My reason for selling is that we are too busy, and we do not use the house.
