As you drive in, there is electric gate access, your own parking bay and private entrance and your own outside area. As you walk into the cottage, there is the large open-plan kitchen, dining room and lounging area. The kitchen has many built-in cupboards, a small fridge, microwave and modern flat-top stove and oven. The kitchen has plug points that include USB plug points. Behind a separation feature wall there is the bedroom area, large enough to fit a queen size bed. There are two bedside wall lights and plug points along with industrial shelving cupboard space. The bathroom is modern with a toilet, basin and show. The highlight of this bathroom would have to be the shelving in the corner that can be rotated to appear as a mirror, emphasising the modern design of the cottage. This cottage would be suitable for a single professional female. Electricity and water all inclusive with moderate use. There is a TV line for tenants connection. Tenant to supply their own Wi-Fi. Reference and financial checks will be conducted and 1.5 month deposit required for the furnished option or two months deposit required for the furnished option. Furnished option possible at a rate of R12,000 per month.
