Description

This neat Studio Apartment is situated just off Main Road Gonubie. It is an open plan layout with a deck and access via a wooden stair case to the first level. It has secure undercover parking for one vehicle with remote controlled access. Tenants will be expected to accept the following which will also be stated in the rental agreement: 1. Agree to courtesy clause as far as noise, nuisance and visitors are concerned. 2. Agree to a cleaning clause which will acknowledge the responsibility to pay an additional amount of R 400 per month for a compulsory cleaning service once a week 3. Be provided with 2 sets of linen for Queen size bed of which, should it be damaged, torn or misplaced, be recovered from the rental deposit on departure. 4. The monthly rental excludes water and electricity and will be levied at R 350 per Person with maximum occupancy of 2 people. 5. Day visitors will be allowed but sleepover visitors will only be allowed for a maximum period of two nights at a time and per prior arrangement with landlord. Sleepover visitors will be charged at R 75 per person per night. A minimum contract period of three months will be considered and a maximum will be 6 months. The apartment is available from 01 June 2020 to 30 November 2020. A longer term arrangement can be discussed during the stay.
